The Industrial Training Institute was founded in 1993 by the visionary leaders Mr. D.S. Aaron and Mr. J.C. Rajan Aaron.

Ranji Aaron Industrial School was established in 2006 with the vision of expanding access to quality technical education and hands-on skill development. The institution is recognized by the State Council of Vocational Training, ensuring that students receive certified and industry-relevant training.
